Luke 13:7 “Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground?”

There is no investor that would not prefer to see his business yield profit: in the like manner, God invests in men and hopes to see them being productive; fruitlessness is a hard pill to swallow.

As the vineyard owner comes seeking fruit in today’s opening text, God expects you to yield profit by bringing souls into the Kingdom. Would God be disappointed when He examines you? Be fruitful.

Talk to God: Father, detach me from everything that stops me from being fruitful in Jesus’ name, amen.
