Hebrews 11:6 “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him”.
God is an ever present help to those who recognize Him as such. For one to call upon God, he has to believe that He exists indeed.
Some may pray and not receive answers simply because they do not believe in the name of whom they call. You can confidently call upon God and receive answer because you believe He answers prayers.
Talk to God: Father, you who answer prayers, please answer my prayers in Jesus name, amen.
