Topic: A Lover of Righteousness
Psalms 45:7 “Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.”
A key component of Christ’s culture is His righteousness. Today’s text shows how He loved righteousness and what that resulted in. We may struggle to receive from God if His righteousness is not found in us.
One important point to note is, whoever believes in Christ no longer has to depend on his own righteousness, His grace will be sufficient to uphold you if you are willing. Lean on Him.
Talk to God: Father, grant me grace to stand in your righteousness all the days of my life in Jesus’ name, amen.
