Exodus 29:7 “Then shalt thou take the anointing oil, and pour it upon his head, and anoint him.”
Looking from the ordinary point of view, anointing a man is simply pouring oil on them, it may go further to mean appointing someone into an office or a position of notable importance.
God attaches much importance to those He anoints and so you should in the same wise reference them. The anointing signifies authority.
Talk to God: Father, help me never to ignore your ordinance upon all your anointed vessels in Jesus’ name, amen.
