Matthew 16:24 “Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me”.
We were created in God’s image and likeness, yet, man’s separation from Him in the garden of Eden brought about a gap.
In Eden God visited in the cool of the day (Gen 3:8), but now it takes those who diligently seek Him to find Him. If you want to live in His pleasure, carry your cross and follow.
Talk to God: Father, help me to carry my cross and follow you in Jesus name, amen.
