Topic: Living by Faith
Habakkuk 2:4 “Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.”
Living uprightly is dependent on faith. Indeed, no life can be sustained in a godly living except it is first established in faith. If we would live a life that pleases God, there is a guide in Hebrews 11:6; we need to first agree in our heart with God’s uncompromising state and that He is able to guide us uprightly. This sets us in a position where we can then allow Him to work on us.
Do you desire a righteous life? It is high time you started living by faith. It will require you to let go of your own wisdom and depend solely on God’s. Faith in God means acting on nothing by your own self; it is a state of surrender where God is allowed to make use of everything you could ever call yours. Can you live by faith?
