1 Samuel 10:1&9 (Paraphrased) “Then Samuel took a vial of oil, and poured it upon his head,… And God gave him another heart: and all those signs came to pass that day.”
The anointing brings about new things when it comes upon a man, it symbolizes power, authority and God’s calling. Before the anointing came upon Saul, he used to see himself as a shepherd only but he saw himself a king after this encounter.
The way you see yourself before receiving the anointing is bound to change, because God opens your eyes to see what He made you to be. Trust God for an encounter of enlightenment.
Talk to God: Father, open my eyes to know more of your plans for me by the reason of the anointing, amen.
