Philippians 4:6 “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.”
Why should we worry, rather than pray? Instead of being anxious about situations and challenges of life, there is a lifeline God has given to His children, He says “tell me”.
Heartfelt prayer is a statement of trust in God; you are telling God invariably, that you know He is able to handle all your anxiety. This is the bible’s take on this, “let your requests be made known unto God”, be at rest.
Talk to God: Father, help me to trust in you and cast all my burdens on you in Jesus’ name, amen.
