1 Corinthians 9:27 “But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.”
Why has many people fallen victim of their own selves? A refusal to subject self always results in severe, often hardly reversible calamities. Self has fallen great and small. It is a fighter not easily detected nor defeated.
Apostle Paul knew what was at stake if he did not subject self. Do you always find yourself in situations all you refer to is yourself first, is it difficult to put others first. You need to start putting yourself under subject, let the Holy Spirit brood over you.
Talk to God: Father, please teach me to subject my body to you by Your Spirit in Jesus name, amen!
