Exodus 20:19 “And they said unto Moses, Speak thou with us, and we will hear: but let not God speak with us, lest we die.”
God revealed Himself to the Israelites, and as He spoke with them, they could no longer bear the might of His presence, as such they missed out on the purpose of that encounter.
Each time God reveals Himself to you, there is a purpose He wants to fulfill. Show yourself ready and worthy by obeying His commands fully and you will be blessed.
Talk to God: Father, teach me full obedience to your commands in Jesus name, amen.
