Hebrews 10:16 “This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them”.
Inasmuch God knew the laws and commands written on tablets of stone would not suffice to keep Israel away from sin, His initial intention to write His laws in their hearts still remained, and it was fulfilled in Christ through the Holy Spirit.
God’s Spirit is God living inside of you: His word, His laws and commandments become readily available to you in your heart all by this Spirit. As God is revealed to you in Christ, the Holy Spirit helps to retain that divine experience, do not grieve Him.
Talk to God: Father, help me never to grieve your Spirit in Jesus name, amen.
