Matthew 5: 48 “Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.”
The pursuit for Christ-likeness is not a race without a target, it is a call to be like God the Father Himself. Even though the flesh cannot achieve this, God’s spirit in us gives us the enablement.
You must forget the culture of the world which believes in imperfection and walk in the path of Christ as one in His image. Anything asides what God expects is not valid for His Kingdom. You can be who He wants you to be!
Talk to God: Father , help me never to conform to the world in Jesus’ name, amen
