I Corinthians 9:19 “For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more.”
Peter said in Matthew 19:27 that the disciples forsook everything to follow Jesus, this meant letting go to carry their crosses. However, Paul said this sacrifice was to gain more.
If it comes to the point where you need to choose between the riches of world and the cross, which would you pick? The Cross is a ladder to greater things than you can see, choose wisely.
