Proverbs 11:17 “A man who is kind benefits himself, but a cruel man hurts himself”
There is a saying that says “do unto others what you want to be done to you” If you want to always enjoy peace and find mercy in all you do, it is fit you show mercy as well.
You should not be hard on people always. Remember that act of kindness you do not show can kill generations. Someone you help today can be the only person to lift you up tomorrow.
