Psalm 125:2 “As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the LORD is round about his people from henceforth even for ever.”
Jerusalem is located in the midst of several low mountains, and God uses this to illustrate how He guides and encompasses those who trust Him about. Walking with God gives an assurance that you will never walk alone.
Why fear when there is an hedge of protection around you? The bible confirms that God is a consuming fire (Heb. 12:29), and He assures you that He is surrounding you. So when others proclaim fear, proclaim the name of the Lord.
Talk to God: Father, help me to see you surrounding me within every situation in Jesus name, amen.
