1 Peter 2:9 “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:”
Praise, just as worship is an expression of the heart. It particularly has to do with actions that showcase what reference and joy the heart conceives towards God. It is indeed important to note that God’s calling is for us to praise Him emphasizing a lifestyle of worship.
If there is something that should never be missing from your life as a child of God, it is the praises of the One who saved you. A life that worships cannot do without praising. Make praise a part of you, it is your calling!
Talk to God: Father, help me to always have a mind of praise towards you in Jesus name, amen.
