John 15:14 “Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you”.
In becoming friends of God , a disciple has to be both a listener and doer of His word. A friend of God accesses deeper mysteries of the kingdom.
If you desire to hear more from God, demonstrate your will by obeying what He commands. A listener could hear God, but a doer becomes a friend and hears more.
Talk to God: Father, help me to live a life of obedience to your word in Jesus name, amen.
