Matthew 5:16 “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”
In exhibiting godly traits, we may relate bearing fruit to shining light; it is showcasing the product of the good seed (God’s Word) invested in us.
People are often more delighted in a fruitful tree than the fruitless. When you as a branch bear fruit, people will come closer to the vine (Christ); if you truly bear fruit, men will see Christ through you. You will shine light.
Talk to God: Father, help me to bear fruit that make men glorify you in Jesus’ name, amen.
