Exodus 12:13 “And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt”.
The blood of the Passover in the Old Testament is a significance of what the blood of Jesus would be for those who believe in Him, a Covering.
Irrespective of the turbulence, plague and destruction, you can always stay under the shield of the blood and be protected, but to do so, you must identify with the owner of the blood. Does Jesus know you?
Talk to God: Father, please hide my family and I under the covering of the blood of Jesus, amen.
