1 John 1:1 “That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;”
The power the Word carries is incomparable, the Word is God Himself (John 1:1), manifested in a form we can use to create, conquer and be liberated. When we carry the Word, we carry God.
It is possible to have read, heard or seen the Word in action without taking hold of it, this is not God’s plan for you. If you have truly encountered the Word, it is high time you took hold of it and exercised it. That is when you can have a testimony like we see in the text above. Handle the Word, experience it!
Talk to God: Father, please help me to take hold of your Word and overcome with it in Jesus’ name, amen.
