After we realize how we have sinned and come to God for forgiveness, He forgives in His faithfulness, but beyond that, there is a kind of joy that a sinner gets when He is first saved.
The joy of salvation is key in your walk with God and it is one of the factors that assures you of eternal salvation. May the joy of salvation remain with you.
