Topic: Remaining in His Hands
Isaiah 51:16 “And I have put my words in thy mouth, and I have covered thee in the shadow of mine hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and say unto Zion, Thou art my people. ”
Making is a continuous process, God keeps His vessels in the shadow of His hands, retreating them and replenishing them for exploits. It is not enough to have ‘once before’ gone through the making process, or to boast in the past glories of exploits done in the past. We are to remain incubated in His hands.
Beloved, God kindles your fire and through His Spirit renews it everyday, so there is fresh fire and anointing to function with daily. Your past experiences with God are never enough to carry on, you still need to remain with Him, refreshed continually, it takes His grace.
Talk to God: Father, help me to remain covered in the shadow of your hands even as I function for you in Jesus’ name, amen.
