II Corinthians 6:10 “As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.”
We have a calling in Christ Jesus, one which sets us above powers and principalities, and as such, we may expect ultimate victory in whatever situation, this, however, does not imply that these situations would not come.
Following Christ comes with sacrifice, the earlier disciples faced tribulations and sorrows, yet they rejoiced and carried on. Find your strength to stand by rejoicing always.
Talk to God: Father, help me to truly rejoice always in Jesus name, amen.
