Put Your Gifts to Work
Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery. 1 Timothy 4:14
True that the gifts of God are without repentance but take a queue from a cutlass, the purpose of the cutlass is to cut.
Now if you leave the cutlass for about a year without sharpening and without use, it gradually gets rusted. Same it is with your gifts, until you find them and begin to sharpen them now. They don’t go of course, if you don’t sharpen but their effect won’t be as the sharpened cutlass.
So find your gifts, you can write, you can sing etc, let them find expression today, what comes freely for you, what you have passion for, what God has deposited in you and bless humanity with it and as you do I declare in Jesus name that clarity of purpose and direction is released for you today in Jesus name. Amen
