Romans 8:29 “For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.”
Another important part of the salvation scheme is that all who were called unto salvation has been predestinated to be saved. Meaning before we were born, God knew us as set us apart as those who must be saved, wonderful!
While this should excite you as one of the chosen, it should also ignite a sense of responsibility. God planned your salvation but you can only live up to it by going to Him to perfect you. Live the needful.
