1 John 5:14 “And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:”
Prayer becomes powerless when the attitude and motive behind it is wrong. This opening text defines a condition “if we ask… according to His will”, God hears a prayer according to His will. This is the first filter prayers pass through before reaching His hearing.
So many prayers do not even reach God’s hearing not to talk of His answering, but you can say with all confidence that He hears when it follows His will. Align your attitude towards knowing and acting on God’s will in prayers.
Talk to God: Father, tune me to your will in Jesus name, amen.
