1 Peter 2:9 “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:”
The call to praise is a lifetime call, a daily bidding that we should fulfil without ceasing because we can only begin to see its full wonders when it is done consistently. Praise never stops in heaven.
The way one would not refuse to eat because they were filled the previous day is the way they should not refuse to praise God daily. It is the fulfilment of God’s expectation as seen in today’s text. Praise diligently.
Talk to God: Father, help me to be diligent in praise in Jesus name, amen.
