Nehemiah 9:2b “…and stood and confessed their sins, and the iniquities of their fathers.”
Unless a man confesses and forsakes his sins, separation from sinners does not mean salvation. In fact, many tend to return to their former sinful ways of life because they claim to be saved without letting go of their sins.
Salvation will give you a new life, new friends, new beginnings, but if you are still holding on to your past life, you are building on a faulty foundation. If it is not right, let go!
Talk to God: Father, help me to let go of every sinful habits in Jesus name, amen.
