Romans 13:1 “Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.”
The Bible is clear as to what our attitude should be towards those in authority: God instructs that we should be obedient to them.
You cannot claim to be obedient to God and be rebellious against authority, so far they do not instruct you to refuse God’s will. God is not an author of confusion.
Talk to God: Father, help me to be obedient to those in authority and help them to do the right thing in Jesus name.
