I Timothy 4:1 “Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;”
We are in the latter times, and as the Spirit expressed, false doctrines are becoming more and more rampant in the church today, one of such which makes people neglect the crucial issues of salvation is that “once you are saved, you are forever saved”.
It is as though backsliding does not occur, but there are warnings in the bible against doctrines that could make one loose salvation. These are more reasons why you must make the bible your companion, let God’s word guide you.
Talk to God: Father, help me never to conform to false doctrines in Jesus name, amen.
