Mark 3:13 “And he goeth up into a mountain, and calleth unto him whom he would: and they came unto him”.
God is intentional about everything He does. When Christ chose the disciples, each one had a destiny to fulfil.
This is still true about everyone He calls. If Christ has called you, He wants you to live in His pleasure. Abide.
