Joshua 1:8 “This book of the law shall not depart out of your mouth; but you shall meditate therein day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success.”
Before one can proceed to obey, He needs to know and understand the instruction. The word of God contains all the instructions that God gives to guide our lives, this is why we must read and meditate in it always.
The more you are conversant with the word of God, the easier it is to obey what is written therein. Dwell on the Word.
Talk to God: Father, help me to make your word my companion at all times in Jesus name, amen.
