Matthew 26:40 “And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter, What, could ye not watch with me one hour?”
On the night Christ was betrayed, even His closest disciples could not watch we Him. They are battles we must trust God to fight with us, whether or not friends do.
The journey to the Cross might be one for you to take alone, at the end, glory awaits. Keep looking to the One true friend who will never forsake you.
