Isaiah 59:19 “So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.”
God commands us to fear Him because He loves us and wants us to reap its benefits. However, when the human nature of stubbornness turns men against Him, He uses the right measures to turn us back to Him.
God is in the business of reconciliation through the name of Jesus, as many as fear His name will enjoy the benefits. Stand in His fear.
