Matthew 6:25 “Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?”
The word of God in this opening text is simply telling us to live believing God is the sure sponsor of everything we need. It is a life of total dependance on Him to continually provide. Such level of trust is what He expects of us.
Little children think less of what they eat, wear or where they live, but they know their parents as the source. Do you know God as your father? He wants to cater for your needs, let go, let Him, have faith.
Talk to God: Father, please help me to cast all my cares on you in faith in Jesus name, amen.
