Romans 5:14 “Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam’s transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.”
The wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23). The introduction of sin to man in the garden of Eden brought about death, and all of Adam’s offspring inherited it, until a second Adam came who conquered death, Christ Jesus: such that all who believe in Him can in like manner conquer death.
Beloved, he who overcomes sin is guaranteed of life eternal because he has overthrown the power of death which reigns in sin. When you reach this point in your faith, you will no longer fear death, Christ conquered it for you!
Talk to God: I claim victory over the power of death by my faith in Christ Jesus, amen.
