Acts 5:29 “Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.”
We earlier examined how our covenant with God may involve people around us. Today’s text implies that these people should not affect our walk with God or dedication to His covenant.
The disciples knew who they were in covenant with and as such counted lesser the other distractions. This is what you need to do as a believer. Do not be distracted.
Talk to God: Father, help me to focus on you always in Jesus name, amen.
