Luke 2:32 “A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel.”
We continue to examine how God desires that His children broadcast His light to those who are in darkness. Every true child of the light, as we will further note, carries God’s glory, not just for them to boast, but to reveal His might.
Men are naturally attracted to glorious things, and so, when you are a bearer of God’s glory, you begin to get attention from many. Be careful, however, to remember that God’s glory still belongs to Him, return it to Him in worship even when people celebrate you.
Talk to God: Father, make me a genuine bearer of your glory in Jesus’ name, amen.
