John 1:9 “That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.”
Christ Jesus came into the world as the sacrifice for our sins and as such, came as God’s light to quench the darkness brought by sin. With Christ in us, we have the Light of God, He is also referred to as the Word of God, He carries the whole essence of God and expresses His Light.
What do you think Christ to be? He is the true light for everyone who has come into this world and without Him there is no way to escape darkness even as the Isaiah 60:2 says darkness covers the earth. Let Christ reign in you that His Light may end darkness in your life.
Talk to God: Father, I subscribe to your light, let it reign in my life in Jesus’ name, amen.
