Mark 6:2 “And when the sabbath day was come, he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing him were astonished, saying, From whence hath this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands?“
The Words of wisdom with which Christ Jesus taught in the synagogues amazed those that listened to Him, this was a sign of God’s presence and it was strange to them because they had not known Him.
When you preach or come in contact with the Word of God, something amazing must happen because it carries His power. Rather than considering God’s Word with mere human philosophy, let His Word affect your life!
Talk to God: Father, help me to allow your Word to be effective in my life in Jesus’ name, amen.
