Psalms 23:3 “He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.”
Because the name of the Lord is highly exalted, there are things God will do for the sake of that name. Meaning those who do reverence for His name are bound to enjoy some more privileges for its sake.
David was an example, he knew how to praise God’s name, today’s text shows some of the privileges he enjoyed. And so can you, if you put that name in its place, over your life. God will bless you, for His name’s sake.
Talk to God: Father, teach me how to use and regard your name in Jesus name, amen.
