Acts 6:2 “Then the twelve called the multitude of the disciples unto them, and said, It is not reason that we should leave the word of God, and serve tables.”
Soul winning calls for a deliberate dedication to God’s will, sidelining all forms of distraction and focusing on the task at hand. There are times when personal interest may tend to conflict the mission, and today’s text is quite instructive, it is not worth it.
Beloved, God is a rewarder of all those who diligently seek Him, and would not owe any man. When you serve Him, He will intervene in your affairs and work for you. Seek first to do His will.
Talk to God: Father, help me to put your will first in all that I do in Jesus name, amen.
