Psalms 16:11 “Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.”
To rejoice is to be happy, in other words, delighted or excited. But these do not completely describe rejoicing, it is derived from joy, which is a sustained feeling of happiness.
Today’s text signifies that joy, in its full measure is found in God’s presence, meaning rejoicing is one of the end products of walking with Him. Dwell therein.
Talk to God: Father, help me to dwell in your presence always in Jesus name, amen.
