Mark 4:38 “And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish?”
The peace that comes with total trust in God might seem strange to other people. Jesus was asleep in the midst of a storm while others feared they would die.
Did Jesus not care about the disciples, as they asked? He did, and His assurance of safety gave Him peace. When you know the God you serve, you will not be swayed about by any wind.
Talk to God: Father, help me to anchor my faith on you in Jesus name, amen.
