There are several reasons God take us through the making process and one of the desired results is for us to bear fruit, fruit that abide.
The journey of making is continuous, helping you to conform to the image of Christ. But bearing fruit is necessary, and it takes a deliberate walk with God to bring others to Him, are you bearing fruit?
Talk to God: Father, enable me to bear fruit for you as I walk with you in Jesus name, amen.
