Genesis 22:1 “And it came to pass after these things, that God did tempt Abraham, and said unto him, Abraham: and he said, Behold, here I am.”
As Abraham continued his walk with God, there came a point where his dedication to God needed to be proved beyond doubt. God is not an author of confusion and would not lower His standard because of any man, even at his level of relationship with God, Abraham had to be tested.
The tests you face are not to destroy you, but to strengthen your faith in Christ. God expects everyone who will walk in covenant with Him to be prepared for His test. Be ready.
Talk to God: Father, help me never to fail when you test me in Jesus name, amen.
