Acts 1:4 “And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.”
We established yesterday, that God is interested in revealing Himself in us believers. Today’s text further implies that at every gathering of believers, we are to tarry for the manifestation of the Holy Spirit.
Your fellowship is to be both horizontal (with fellow believers) and horizontal (with God above), anything short of this might indicate a faulty service. Desire His revelation in every Christian gathering.
Talk to God: Father, help your church to understand the true purpose of fellowship in Jesus name, amen.
