Psalms 20:7 “Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God.”
Today’s text is a psalmist’s declaration of trust in God’s name, this results undoubtedly from his past experience.
Note that while horses and chariots were others’ weapon, the deliverance in that name was enough for Israel. What would you rather put your trust in?
Talk to God: Father, help me to trust your name than any other weapon in Jesus name, amen.
