Gen 1:14 “And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:”
Night and days are signs for seasons, days and years, ordained by God to segment time. Now, there are lights to go by each period, the lesser light governs the night and the greater light the day (v15). This means that even when the darkness seems to rule, there is still light by our side.
But when the day comes and the greater light takes over, and there is light to shine on your path. The fact that you are in a phase of lesser light means that the greater light will come. Do not give up!
Talk to God: Father, irrespective of the time of life, help me to trust you!
