Proverbs 18:10 “The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.”
The name Jesus is a place or refuge for those who believe in it and are blameless. Today’s text calls it a strong tower, and indeed one which is impenetrable for the forces of darkness.
When you call upon the name of Jesus, it shields you from the weapons of the enemy, it is a name to be trusted. How well do you believe in that name?
Talk to God: Father, by the power in the name of Jesus, I am shielded from every weapon of the enemy in Jesus name, amen.
